The Green at West Village is a newly constructed apartment complex with approximately 3,300 beds in 1,250 apartments. The property is owned by Collegiate Housing Foundation (CHF), a student housing non-profit company. UC Davis Student Housing and Dining Services is under contract to provide marketing and leasing services for CHF. Completion is phased for Fall 2020 and Fall 2021.
